I started Metamorphic Cycles during the winter of 2023 after over 25 years of riding and working on my bikes. I've always had an interest in working on bikes, and enjoy making a bicycle ride better and safer. I have been trained at the U of Q Institute (formerly Barnett's Bicycle Institute) and continue to seek learning opportunities through online and in-person coursework.
The name Metamorphic Cycles came from my educational background as a geologist. I choose this name in an effort to find a unique name and as a concept of changing your bike into a better and safer riding machine. I traded in my rock hammer for a fire hose and am a career firefighter of over 18 years and operate Metamorphic Cycles on my days off.
I live and operate Metamorphic Cycles in the Stonegate neighborhood and service the surrounding areas. Services are performed mobile or if needed for more complicated work at my home shop.
I look forward to helping make your riding experience better and safer.
